The USCIS has updated its immigration filing fees, as per the final rule published on January 30, 2024. This adjustment, the first in eight years, is designed to support the operational costs of USCIS, funded entirely by user fees. With the publication in the Federal Register, the new fees are set to take effect on April 1, 2024.
