Attorney Michael Vosilla is LaFountain & Wollman, P.C.’s Senior Associate, who currently resides in Brighton. Attorney Vosilla currently manages the firm’s probate & estate planning practice, oversees the immigration cases, and also practices personal injury law and civil litigation. He has appeared in Small Claims Court, District Court, Superior Court, Boston Immigration Court, and before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Attorney Vosilla also regularly prepares clients for, and accompanies them to, naturalization and green card interviews with U.S. Citizens and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.) in both, Boston and Lawrence, Massachusetts.
As a probate attorney, Attorney Vosilla has resolved countless estates ranging from a single small bank account to complex multi-million-dollar estates. He also has successfully resolved will disputes and assisted clients who needed to fight for their rightful inheritance.
Recently, Attorney Vosilla has successfully broadened the firm’s offerings to offer legal assistance to clients who require specific performance litigation in order to enforce the purchase and sale of real estate. Since that time, he has successfully resolved several specific performance cases to our clients’ satisfaction.
As an immigration lawyer, Attorney Vosilla has secured green cards and citizenship for countless clients, and he is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Additionally, Michael has assisted many clients who were injured in motor-vehicle accidents and secured fair and equitable settlements for them.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys travelling to Aruba annually and fashions himself an amateur genealogist who enjoys spending time researching his family tree. Recently, he traveled to his paternal grandfather’s hometown in Istria, Croatia to further his research, and also visited Italy and Greece during a once in a lifetime trip.
Attorney Vosilla obtained his bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in Patchogue, New York. After graduation, Attorney Vosilla spent a year working in politics with the New York State Assembly. Attorney Vosilla then enrolled in Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned a Juris Doctorate. Attorney Vosilla began working for the Law Offices of Ara H. Margosian II, P.C. as a law clerk shortly after taking the bar exam in 2008 and was promoted to an associate lawyer after being admitted to the New York Bar and then the Massachusetts Bar in 2009. After the tragic passing of Attorney Margosian in the fall of 2009, Attorney Vosilla worked closely with Attorneys PeggyAnn Wollman and Nicholas LaFountain, to ensure that all client’s needs were met and that nothing fell through the cracks.
