U.S.C.I.S. has announced that as of November 23, 2010, the filing fees for many immigration petitions and applications will be increasing by approximately ten percent.  The affected petitions/applications include many commonly used forms specifically those used to apply for an immigrant visa, apply for a green card, renew a green card and removal conditions on a green card. Further, biometrics fees, which are required with most applications, will be increasing from $80 to $85.

Please contact LaFountain & Wollman, P.C. to schedule a consultation before the fees are increased.
