February 2016 Visa Bulletin Released

The Department of State has released the February 2016 Visa Bulletin, which can be found by CLICKING HERE. The Visa Bulletin is published monthly by the Department of State and indicates who may apply for an immigrant visa based on their preference category and priority date. If you are in the United States and seeking to adjust status to become a permanent resident of the United States, please check HERE in order to determine whether to use the “Application Final Action Dates” or “Dates for Filing Applications” chart to determine if you can file your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status as of February 1, 2016.
