Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Impact

With vaccines rolling out, we hope to see a return to a sense of normalcy throughout the state. However, LaFountain & Wollman, P.C. is maintaining close monitoring of the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in Massachusetts.  We are proactively taking measures to ensure business continuity so that our attorneys can continue to represent our clients zealously.

While LaFountain & Wollman, P.C. remains open for business during this time, following CDC & WHO guidance, our employees’ physical presence at 507 Mt. Auburn Street will be limited.  Be assured that our attorneys are more than capable of working remotely on your case. During this time, the best way to contact the attorney working on your case is via email. Those emails are as follows:

Nicholas J. LaFountain: nick@lwattorneys.com

PeggyAnn K. Wollman: peggyann@lwattorneys.com

Michael J. Vosilla: mike@lwattorneys.com

Alexander E. Swift: aswift@lwattorneys.com

If you call our office during business hours and there is no answer, please leave a voicemail message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Even if we are not in the office, our system automatically forwards all voicemail messages to all attorneys via email.

Additionally, during this time, LaFountain & Wollman, P.C. is:

Increasing the frequency of the cleaning and sanitizing of the common areas in our office such as our conference rooms;

Holding client meetings by telephone or other virtual means whenever possible; and

Encouraging employees and clients who feel sick to stay away from public spaces such as our office to avoid spreading any infection.

Finally, we apologize for any inconvenience. At this time, we are encouraging all clients and potential clients to refrain from visiting our office without an appointment.

Clients seeking an appointment should contact the attorney working on their matter via email to arrange an appointment.

Any potential clients who wish to consult on a new case should call our office and speak to a staff member or leave a detailed voice message. A staff member will return your call as soon as possible and no later than the next business day.

Thank you for your consideration during this time.

Yours truly,

LaFountain & Wollman, P.C.
