USCIS To Begin Accepting Expanded DACA Applications on February 18, 2015

February 18, 2015 will be the first day that United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin accepting applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) pursuant to President Obama’s Executive Actions of Immigration which were announced on November 20, 2014.

As of February 18, 2015, people of any age who entered the United States before the age of 16, and lived in the United States continuously since January 1, 2010 can apply for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
