Successful Land Court Verdict

After a three day trial in Land Court judgment1 entered on behalf of our client and the court ordered that the disputed deed was voided. The court determined that that deed should be voided because our client executed the deed under duress from her siblings. The interesting decision on this case can be foundHERE.
