Attorney Michael Vosilla is LaFountain & Wollman, P.C.’s Senior Associate and resides in Brighton, Massachusetts.  He manages the firm’s estate planning and probate law practice, oversees immigration law cases, and practices in personal injury and civil litigation matters.  With a client-centered approach, Attorney Vosilla is committed to providing personalized legal solutions that address his clients’ unique needs.

Michael has represented clients in various courts, including Small Claims, District, Superior, Boston Immigration Court, and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.  Attorney Vosilla also regularly prepares clients for and accompanies them to naturalization and green card interviews with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in Boston and Lawrence, Massachusetts.

In probate and estate law, Attorney Vosilla has resolved a wide range of cases, from small estates consisting of a single bank account to complex multi-million-dollar estates requiring the filing of Massachusetts Estate Tax Returns.  He has successfully resolved will disputes, represented clients seeking their rightful inheritance, and proactively assists clients with estate planning to ensure the smooth administration of their estates.

Attorney Vosilla has also expanded the firm’s capabilities to include specific performance litigation, helping clients enforce real estate purchase agreements.  He has successfully resolved several such cases to his clients’ satisfaction.

As an immigration lawyer, Attorney Vosilla has provided comprehensive support to clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them secure green cards and citizenship.  He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Additionally, Attorney Vosilla has represented clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, obtaining favorable settlements and ensuring they receive the justice they deserve.

Outside of the office, Michael is an active member of the Brighton Elks, where he participates in community-focused initiatives, particularly supporting local veterans.  He also enjoys annual trips to Aruba and pursuing genealogical research, which has taken him to his paternal grandfather’s hometown in Istria, Croatia.  His passion for uncovering and preserving family histories enhances his thoughtful and legacy-focused approach to estate planning.

Attorney Vosilla earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in Patchogue, New York, where he was a Presidential Scholar.  First as an intern and then after graduation, he worked in politics with the New York State Assembly before earning his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.  

Michael began his legal career as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Ara H. Margosian II, P.C., eventually becoming an associate after passing the New York and Massachusetts bar exams in 2009.  Following the unexpected passing of Attorney Margosian in 2009, Attorney Vosilla worked closely with Attorneys PeggyAnn Wollman and Nicholas LaFountain to ensure the firm’s seamless transition and continued dedication to its clients.
